Forza Coffee Company was founded on the belief that community comes first. Everything we do is centered on our neighborhood. We believe that a strong community is indicative of a successful business environment and leads to a comfortable atmosphere for our customers.
Forza – which means “strength” – is modeled after the traditional Italian café; the hub of the community.
Throughout Europe, it is common to visit the café several times throughout the day. This tradition inspired our Start, Savor, Salute campaign. A focus on the community hub throughout the day.
At Forza, you can START your day with freshly-brewed coffee or an hand-crafted espresso drink. Around noon, SAVOR your mid-day break with a selection of sandwiches, Paninis, or salads – all made in-house with the freshest local ingredients. As the day ends, SALUTE your accomplishments over a glass of wine or local beer with friends. Our stores are specifically designed to be warm and welcoming to every member of your family, throughout the day.
When you visit a Forza, you will immediately notice the use of rich, natural materials; wood columns, tile flooring, and comfortable, overstuffed-chairs for lounging. We cater to professionals and family alike. You’ll notice easily accessible electrical outlets for recharging your laptop or mobile phone; we also have large conference rooms at select locations designed for business groups, Bible studies, and youth activities.
Rather than focusing on “get it, get out”, we encourage customers to come in and rest. You will not experience names or drinks being shouted out across the store, rather, our staff is trained to bring the drink to the customer – a true “service-first” mentality.
We do not view ourselves as a traditional franchisor. We identify our franchisees as “partners”. We know, that without them, we would not be a successful operation.
