Yes. Forza uses a structured approach to the real estate process. We use pre-qualified brokers who know their local markets and use our demographic criteria to locate and secure ideal locations.

What is the franchise fee?
$30,000
for the first franchise.
What do I get for the franchise fee?
Access and support of the Forza unique brand, site selection assistance, store design assistance, store and business operations training, grand opening support, vendor access and exclusive discount rates, and ongoing operations support.
What is the royalty rate?
4%.
Are there any other fees?
We do not charge marketing and advertising fees like many other retail franchises.
What’s the most important part of buying a franchise?
Do your research. We can’t stress the importance of checking out your franchisor and their operation.

How big is a Forza Coffee retail store?
We have a variety of store layouts and locations; on average, square footage footprints range from 1,000 to just over 2,000 square feet.
How much will it cost to build my store?
Currently, the build-out costs range from approximately $118,000 to $457,000 depending on the store model you choose and the size of the space you lease.
Can I open a store anywhere?
Forza will review each store proposal on a case-by-case basis.
We want to set up our franchisees for success and will use our own research and experience to help identify a store location.
How do I qualify to become a franchisee?
Plan to have $40-$60,000 cash on hand, in addition to the franchise fee, and build out expense. You will need to qualify for a business loan if you plan to finance part of your investment. Additionally, you will need a good credit rating to get a lease for your store location.

Franchising allows you to take advantage of an organization’s refined system of bringing goods to market. You get the strength and buying power of an entire system versus trying to supply your operation as a single buyer.
